Logan Hand is a 26 year old millennial real estate investor and entrepreneur. He has spent the last three years being a full time real estate investor while successfully investing in Single Family homes and commercial apartment buildings. The journey all started with wholesaling, and being able to successfully get deals off market and for way below market value. After spending over $100,000 on Direct mail and Google ppc ads, Logan figured that had to be a better way to get deals at a lower cost. He spent time with other investors that were getting deals for little to no money spent on marketing and compiled pieces from all different models to create what he thinks works the best for his company. In the course of three years he has done over 75 off market deals, purchased an apartment building and re sold 12 months later for over six figures in profit, acquired a larger apartment building, has secured equity positions in 3 growing companies, purchased a franchise, and has his wholesaling company making money with a partner doing a lot of the day-day operations.
